Product Features

The product is manufactured via advanced catalytic esterification of diethylene glycol monoethyl ether and acetic acid, combined with precision dehydration and multi-stage distillation purification technology, with a purity of 99%+ and extremely low content of free acid, water, alcohol and other impurities, ensuring stable and reliable application performance in various formulations; - It has strong solvency for a variety of resins including acrylic, alkyd, polyester and polyurethane resins, as well as polymers, waxes and organic compounds, and is a high-quality universal solvent for high-grade coating and ink systems; - It features low volatility and a high boiling point, matching the slow film-forming speed of high-grade coatings and inks perfectly—no pinhole, blistering or orange peel on the film surface caused by rapid volatilization, and effectively improving the leveling and smoothness of the film; - It has excellent compatibility with most organic solvents, resin systems and additives, no phase separation, precipitation or delamination in compound formulations, and can improve the long-term storage stability of formulations; - The product has good thermal and chemical stability, not easy to decompose or oxidize under normal processing, construction and storage temperatures, and its ester structure brings excellent film-forming auxiliary performance, enhancing the water resistance and chemical resistance of the coating film; - Strict full-process quality control is adopted in production, with advanced analytical instruments such as GC for real-time component detection and trace impurity analysis, ensuring consistent product quality and compliance with strict industrial grade application standards. 

Packaging and Transportation

✦  The product is packaged in sealed anti-corrosion iron drums or HDPE plastic drums with inner coating, with standard packaging specifications of 20kg/barrel, 200kg/barrel and 1000kg/IBC ton barrel to meet the procurement needs of small and large batches; - Customized packaging specifications and packaging materials can be provided according to customer requirements for different application scenarios; - During transportation, the product should be loaded and unloaded gently to prevent package damage and liquid leakage, and transported in accordance with the transportation regulations of flammable chemical products, avoiding exposure to high temperature, open fire and direct sunlight, and not mixing with strong oxidants, strong acids and strong alkalis. 

Safety and Storage

✦  The product should be stored in a cool, dry and well-ventilated closed warehouse, away from fire sources, heat sources and direct sunlight, with the storage temperature controlled at 5-35℃, and the warehouse should be equipped with explosion-proof lighting, ventilation facilities and anti-static measures; - It should be stored separately from strong oxidants, strong acids, strong alkalis, combustible materials and reducing agents, with a safe distance from fire sources and heating equipment, and mixed storage and transportation are strictly prohibited; - The warehouse should be equipped with corresponding varieties and quantities of fire-fighting equipment (dry powder fire extinguishers, foam fire extinguishers, carbon dioxide fire extinguishers, etc.) and complete fire prevention and explosion-proof facilities; - The storage area should be equipped with leakage emergency treatment equipment and appropriate containment materials (absorbent cotton, sand, neutralizing agents, etc.), and the leaked liquid should be collected in a sealed container in a timely manner to prevent it from flowing into sewers, water sources and other environmental areas; - The product package should be kept sealed during storage to prevent moisture absorption and volatilization, and the shelf life is 12 months under the recommended storage conditions. If the package is opened, it should be used up as soon as possible and resealed tightly to avoid contamination and quality changes.
