Product Features

Ethylene glycol diacetate is prepared by the esterification reaction of ethylene glycol and acetic acid with a self-developed high-efficiency solid acid catalyst, realizing green and clean production with high reaction conversion rate and minimal three wastes discharge. The product has high boiling point and low volatility, which can effectively extend the construction time of coatings and inks and avoid defects such as dry spray and pinholes on the film surface. With a purity of more than 99.5%, it has low impurity content, no irritating odor and stable chemical properties, without hydrolysis and discoloration under normal storage and use conditions. Adopting international advanced precision fractionation and refining technology, the product's quality indicators are superior to the national industry standard. The whole production process is controlled by an automatic DCS system, and the finished products are detected by GC and GC-MS analytical instruments to ensure the consistency and stability of product quality. 

Packaging and Transportation

✦  The product is packaged in high-quality galvanized iron drums or plastic drums with inner anti-corrosion coating, with good sealing performance to prevent volatilization and leakage; - It can be packaged according to the customer's requirements for capacity and packaging material to meet the different transportation and use needs of customers. 

Safety and Storage

✦  The product should be stored in a cool and ventilated warehouse, keep away from kindling and heat sources, and avoid direct sunlight and high temperature storage; - It should be stored separately from oxidants, strong acids, strong alkalis and combustibles, and mixed storage is strictly prohibited to prevent chemical reactions; - The warehouse should be equipped with corresponding varieties and quantities of fire-fighting equipment such as dry powder fire extinguishers and carbon dioxide fire extinguishers; - The storage area should be equipped with emergency treatment equipment for leakage and appropriate containment materials such as oil absorption felt and sand to prevent the spilled product from flowing into the sewer and water body.
