Product Features

Pyrene is extracted and refined from high-quality coal tar through a multi-stage optimized process including precise fractional distillation, solvent extraction and recrystallization, ensuring the product purity reaches over 99% and effectively removing tar, pitch and other impurities that affect product performance. The product has a stable chemical structure, outstanding thermal stability and strong fluorescent characteristics, and its aromatic ring can undergo various organic reactions such as addition, substitution and oxidation, meeting the synthesis requirements of different downstream high-value-added products. It has low volatility and stable physical and chemical properties during storage and use, reducing material loss and environmental impact. Our factory adopts GC, HPLC and other advanced analytical instruments for full-process quality detection of raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products, ensuring all product indicators meet international and domestic industrial grade standards, and can provide customized purification processing according to customer purity requirements.

Packaging and Transportation

✦  The product is packaged in sealed iron drums or HDPE plastic drums with inner anti-seepage and moisture-proof treatment to prevent contamination, moisture absorption and leakage; - It can be packaged according to the requirements of customers, including small laboratory packages and large industrial bulk packages. 

Safety and Storage

✦ The product should be stored in a cool and ventilated warehouse and kept away from kindling and heat sources; - It should be stored separately from oxidants, strong acids and strong alkalis, and is prohibited to mix them in storage; - The warehouse should be equipped with corresponding varieties and quantities of fire-fighting equipment; - The storage area should be equipped with emergency treatment equipment for leakage and appropriate containment materials; - The product package shall be kept sealed during storage to prevent moisture absorption and volatilization, and avoid direct sunlight for a long time.
