Product Features

The product is a 100% natural plant essential oil, extracted from high-quality pine wood raw materials without artificial synthetic additives, and the extraction process adopts low-temperature steam distillation to retain the active ingredients and natural fragrance of pine oil to the greatest extent. It has strong natural antibacterial and antifungal activity, and the deodorizing effect is long-lasting and non-irritating. The product has good solubility in organic solvents and stable compatibility with various surfactants, easy to be compounded and applied in various formulas. It has low volatility and long-lasting fragrance, and its safety performance meets the requirements of cosmetic and daily chemical grade application. Professional physical and chemical detection methods are adopted to strictly control the purity and impurity content of the product to ensure stable product quality. 

Packaging and Transportation

✦ The product is packaged in sealed brown glass bottles, food-grade plastic barrels or aluminum barrels to avoid light and prevent volatilization and oxidation; - It can be packaged according to the requirements of customers, including small packaging of 100mL, 500mL and large packaging of 25L, 200L; - During transportation, it should be protected from sun and rain, and handled with care to prevent the packaging from being damaged and leaking.

Safety and Storage

✦  The product should be stored in a cool, dry and well-ventilated warehouse, protected from light and sealed, and kept away from kindling, heat sources and open fire; - It should be stored separately from oxidants, strong acids, strong alkalis and edible chemicals, and mixed storage and transportation are strictly prohibited; - The warehouse should be equipped with corresponding varieties and quantities of fire-fighting equipment such as dry powder fire extinguishers and carbon dioxide fire extinguishers; - The storage area should be equipped with emergency treatment equipment for leakage and appropriate containment materials, and the leaked liquid should be collected in a sealed container in time to avoid volatilization; - The product has a slight pungent smell, and direct contact with the skin may cause mild irritation to sensitive people. It is necessary to wear protective gloves and goggles during operation, and avoid direct inhalation of a large amount of vapor; if it gets into the eyes or contacts the skin, rinse with plenty of water immediately.
