Product Features

2-Chloropropane is manufactured with propylene of industrial grade high purity as the raw material, adopting the internationally advanced continuous catalytic chlorination process and closed-loop production system, which realizes high yield and low impurity generation. The product has high purity (over 99%), low water content and few by-products, ensuring stable chemical reactivity in the synthesis process. It has moderate volatility and good compatibility with most organic solvents, easy to operate and post-process in industrial production. The whole production process adopts precise temperature and pressure control, and the finished product is detected by high-precision GC analytical instruments to ensure that all technical indicators meet industrial application standards. 

Packaging and Transportation

✦  The product is packaged in sealed high-quality iron drums or special plastic chemical storage barrels with good airtightness to prevent volatilization and leakage; - Customized packaging specifications can be provided according to customer's actual purchase and usage requirements (such as small package for laboratory and large barrel for industrial production); - During transportation, it shall comply with the transportation regulations of hazardous chemicals, be transported by special chemical transport vehicles, avoid mixing with other chemicals, and prevent sun exposure, high temperature and violent collision. 

Safety and Storage

✦  The product shall be stored in a cool, dry and well-ventilated professional chemical warehouse, away from fire sources, heat sources and open flames, and the storage temperature shall be controlled below 30℃; - It must be stored separately from strong oxidants, strong alkalis, metals and other reactive substances, and mixed storage and transportation are strictly prohibited; - The warehouse shall be equipped with corresponding types and quantities of fire-fighting equipment (such as dry powder fire extinguishers, carbon dioxide fire extinguishers), and fire and explosion prevention measures shall be taken; - The storage area shall be equipped with leakage emergency treatment equipment and appropriate containment materials (such as sand, absorbent cotton), and the leaked liquid shall be treated in time to prevent volatilization of gas and environmental pollution; - The warehouse and operation area shall be equipped with good ventilation and gas detection equipment to monitor the concentration of volatile gas in real time.
