Product Features

Ethylene, the raw material of the product, is of industrial high purity and follows the refined purification production route. The product is produced using the internationally leading continuous catalytic chlorination and precision distillation process, which fills the gap in high-purity 1,1-Dichloroethane production technology in China. By adopting the self-developed deacidification and deodorization refining technology independently developed by the Company, the product’s solubility and thermal stability are superior to those of similar products at home and abroad. The content of 1,1-Dichloroethane is over 99.5% with high purity, ensuring stable and reliable chemical reactivity in various organic synthesis and solvent application scenarios. The Company adopts advanced analytical instruments such as GC to detect samples, which enables the products to reach the strict industry standard of industrial grade chemicals.

Packaging and Transportation

✦ The products are packaged in sealed high-quality steel drums or special anti-corrosive plastic chemical barrels with excellent airtightness; - It can be packaged according to the requirements of customers for industrial mass production and laboratory small-batch use. 

Safety and Storage

✦  The product should be stored in a cool and ventilated warehouse and kept away from kindling and heat sources, with the storage temperature controlled below 25℃; - It should be stored separately from strong oxidants, strong alkalis, active metals and combustibles, and is prohibited to mix them in storage; - The warehouse should be equipped with corresponding varieties and quantities of fire-fighting equipment such as dry powder and carbon dioxide fire extinguishers; - The storage area should be equipped with emergency treatment equipment for leakage and appropriate containment materials such as dry sand and oil-absorbing pads.
