Product Features
Ethane, the raw material of the product, is of industrial high purity and undergoes multi-stage precision purification. The product is produced using the internationally leading continuous catalytic chlorination and multi-tower precision distillation process, which fills the gap in high-purity 1,1,1-Trichloroethane production technology in China. By adopting the self-developed deodorization and impurity removal refining technology independently developed by the Company, the product’s solubility, volatility and stability are superior to those of similar products at home and abroad. The content of 1,1,1-Trichloroethane is over 99.5% with high purity and few harmful impurities, ensuring safe and stable use in various industrial application scenarios. The Company adopts advanced analytical instruments such as GC to detect samples, which enables the products to reach the strict industry standard of industrial grade chemicals.
Packaging and Transportation
✦ The products are packaged in sealed high-quality steel drums or special anti-corrosive plastic chemical barrels with excellent airtightness to prevent volatilization and leakage; - It can be packaged according to the requirements of customers for industrial mass production and laboratory small-batch use.
Safety and Storage
✦ The product should be stored in a cool, dry and well-ventilated professional chemical warehouse, kept away from kindling and heat sources, and the storage temperature should be controlled below 30℃; - It should be stored separately from strong oxidants, strong alkalis, active metals and combustibles, and is prohibited to mix them in storage to avoid chemical reactions; - The warehouse should be equipped with corresponding varieties and quantities of fire-fighting equipment such as dry powder and carbon dioxide fire extinguishers; - The storage area should be equipped with emergency treatment equipment for leakage and appropriate containment materials such as dry sand, absorbent cotton and oil-absorbing pads, and the leaked liquid should be treated in a timely manner to prevent volatile gas from spreading.
